Introduction

During your use of the Platform, Biyu collects and processes some of your personal data.

By using the Platform and registering as a Member, you acknowledge and accept the processing of your personal data by Biyu in accordance with applicable law.

Biyu complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection and processing of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data includes information about Users as individuals, voluntarily provided to Biyu during their use of the Platform, such as name, first name, email address, mobile phone number, etc. This list is not exhaustive.

This information includes the following data

• All data required for registration on the Platform, including first and last name, email, date of birth and password. This information is mandatory.
• Mobile phone number
• Gender
• Photography
• Postal address
• A copy of all exchanges between Biyu and the Member
• A copy of all requests or assignments posted on our Platform
• The list of financial transactions made on our Platform

Data that Biyu collects

By registering via Facebook or Apple, the Member grants access to certain information linked to the social network, including first name, last name, photograph, email address.

With the User's consent, information about the devices used to access the application may be collected, including:

• IP addresses
• Connection data
• Types and versions of Internet browsers used
• Operating system
• Navigation data on the Platform
• Duration of viewing certain pages
• Device advertising identifier

The data thus transmitted will be retained for the duration necessary to achieve their purpose.

Method of data collection and use

Biyu uses the collected data to:

• Provide Users with access to the Platform, for example by allowing them to log in to their personal space
• Send responses, various information, acceptances or validations to the Member by email or SMS
• Manage and use the Associated Services, as well as customize these services
• Discuss and exchange with other Members of the Platform
• Evaluate and measure Member satisfaction
• Communicate with Biyu technical support
• Manage and monitor User Accounts
• Manage the security and proper functioning of the Platform and Associated Services
• Detect and resolve incidents or problems related to the use of the Platform
• Authorize anonymous studies/surveys to improve the Site
• Conduct satisfaction surveys
• Receive newsletters or information letters
• Participate in competitions, benefit from promotional offers

By accepting this Privacy Policy, Members expressly agree that personal data communicated via the Platform will be stored, processed and transferred to its service providers.

Data storage location

Biyu certifies to the User that all personal data is stored in a secure environment in France, provided by OVH, a French company specializing in cloud computing services.

Data retention period

Personal data collected will be retained until the Member unsubscribes from the Platform or until the Member expressly requests the deletion of their personal data.

Right of access, rectification and deletion of data

Where provided by applicable law, the Member may obtain a copy of their personal data. Before responding to the request, Biyu reserves the right to verify the Member's identity.

Furthermore, in accordance with current legislation, Members have the right to access and rectify their personal data, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of their personal data.

To exercise this right, the Member must send a request to contact@biyu.fr, attaching a copy of their ID card, their name, first name, registration email address and phone number.

Upon receipt of your instruction by email, Biyu will rectify or delete the data from all its systems within a maximum of 30 days, unless the data is subject to a legal retention obligation.

Note: In the case of a request for deletion of personal data, the Biyu user account and its personal data will be permanently and securely deleted.

Users may also object at any time to receiving commercial emails or other promotional offers via an unsubscribe link provided in these emails.
