You can delete your account directly from the app in your profile settings. If you encounter difficulties, send us an email at contact@biyu.fr with your registration email address.
In the app, you can report a profile or a conversation using the report button available on each profile and in conversations. Our moderation team reviews each report within 24 hours.
In accordance with the GDPR, you can request a copy of all your personal data. Send your request to contact@biyu.fr with a copy of your ID. We will process your request within 30 days.
Premium subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To cancel, go to your phone's settings, then to subscription management. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
